Tariff Notice:

International Orders: Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, and other customs-related charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

The customer is solely responsible for all such fees. Payment is typically required by the carrier or customs authority prior to delivery.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will remain responsible for any return shipping costs, duties assessed, and related fees.

Shipping:

Shipping and insurance charges are additional. UPS is our primary carrier for shipping in the Continental U.S.

Racing Radios ships globally via FedEx. The following methods are available for domestic and international shipping:

Continental U.S.

• UPS Ground
• UPS 3-Day Air
• UPS 2-Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air
• FedEx (call for availability)

International

• FedEx

International: Orders shipping to Canada, Mexico, and Brazil require a Tax ID number for the company or individual (Social Security Number equivalent).

Returns:

Prior authorization is required for all returns. All returns must be complete in original packaging and in new condition. No returns after 10 days from receipt of order. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
